1. Identify a problem/question that you think is important to be addressed related to the equity of the science curriculum in your classroom.
   • Teachers often have several questions they wish to investigate; however, it is important to limit the question to one that is meaningful and doable.
2. Write a paragraph describing why the problem/question is important to be addressed.
3. Choose one question you want to explore and write a paragraph describing why the problem/question is important to be studied.
4. Select the title above to post your problem statement to the Engage – Module 7 Problem Statement discussion board.

1. Search literature related to the problem you selected.
2. Select 5 articles you want to review.
3. Read the articles and summarize what arguments and evidence the author(s) provided in each article.
4. Create a table to compare and contrast the arguments and evidence.
5. Write a few paragraphs about what you learned from the literature.
